Prophecy foretold a deadly wound in 1798 when Napoleon’s general Berthier captured the Pope.  It was thought that the reign of terror that the Papacy had over the State was ended forever.  However, since that time things have definitely changed.   And it was foretold in prophecy.

“And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast…And he (the lamblike beast) exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.” (Revelation 13:3, 12)

Last week we talked about the Solar Alliance in India, and Macron’s visit to India, and Pope Francis likely soon visit to India.  The alliance having to do with the UN Agenda 21/2030 and the future coming socialist State headed by an alliance of countries through many different organizations to save the world from the coming environmental destruction or climate chaos as its been labelled.   President Macron last week called for religious advice from the Bishops of Rome.   But furthermore we read from the article at CRUX news:

“…in a country that has historically prided itself for its firm separation of Church and State. Macron said the meeting defied “skeptics on both sides,” by attempting to repair a tie that has been inconsistent through the years.”

The French were the ones who caused the wound by taking away the State power that the Papacy had in 1798.  The history of France and the Papacy has been a topic of Bible prophecy that has been understood by many for years.   In 496 AD King Clovis was baptized by the Church and shortly thereafter three Arian tribes were uprooted.  The first being the Visigoths in AD 508.

“Thus when Clovis and the Franks defeated the Arian Visigoths and drove them into Spain, it was also a theological victory for the bishop of Rome.” William H. Shea, Bible Amplifier – Daniel 7-12, p. 220.

“Thus was the bloody course of Clovis glorified by the Catholic writers, as the triumph of the orthodox doctrine of the Trinity over Arianism.” A. T. Jones, The Two Republics, p. 528.

Pope Francis Reminds Macron of His History

Last year a telegram was sent to Emmanuel Macron from Pope Francis congratulating him on becoming the new president of France.  In the telegram Francis was reminding Macron of France’s apparently Christian tradition.  In an article from Breitbart.com we read the following concerning that tradition.

“Often referred to as the “eldest daughter of the Church,” France became Christian in 496 AD, when the Frankish King Clovis was baptized by Saint Remigius in the Cathedral of Reims. Ever since the French Revolution, however, with its deep-set anti-Catholicism, France has been immersed in its own version of secularism—or laicité—that often borders on contempt for the faith rather than just a healthy separation of spheres.

That is interesting history.  Yes, since the French Revolution (1789-1799).  This Church and State separation was something that was regarded as a good thing to stop the bloodshed from continuing on.   At this time liberty spread across the world starting firstly with many coming over to the shores of the United States to escape the tyranny of Church and State.

With liberty also came the technology we have today, cars, computers, planes, etc.  Men were free to build things without the socialism we have today preventing people from doing things without a permit or licence.

But that has certainly been changing, and the history of bloodshed that happened during the dark ages with those Christians who stood against Popery and stood for the Bible alone being martyred for truth is about to be repeated.

As the Bible says “the deadly wound was healed.”

“And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.” (Revelation 13:14)

The people are certainly deceived.  notice this article from Christianity Today.

French president Macron faces backlash from secularists after calling for closer ties between church and state

That is the title of an article on Christianity Today.  The article describes Church and State as a good thing.   However, the Bible actually described Clovis’ union with the State as an “Abomination that maketh desolate”.  (Dan 11:31)

In Revelation when describing the great “Whore of Babylon” in Revelation 17.   We read in 17:12 that “the ten horns are ten kings” and in 17:16 “the ten horns…make her desolate.” And she was to be “burned with fire”  (Rev 17:16)  This was the judgment for playing the harlot with the State.  (Lev 21:9)

The Church and State union of King Clovis with the Papacy was a fulfillment of the Papacy fornicating “with the Kings of the earth”  (Rev 17:2, 3)   This Church and State union was so abominable that she was holding a golden cup in her hand full of “abominations” (Rev 17:4)  And this abomination was the result of her union with the Kings of the earth “Wine of her fornication.”  The abominable thing in the cup was “the blood of saints… and martyrs.”  (Rev 17:6)

Here we have a healing of the wound taking place.  In the article from Christianity Today we read:

“The French president, Emmanuel Macron, has come under fire from political and secularist critics after calling for the country’s notoriously divided church and state to ‘mend’ their ‘damaged’ relationship…‘If we’ve done so, it must be because somewhere we share the feeling that the link between church and state has been damaged, that the time has come for us, both you and me, to mend it,’ he said.”

As Pope Francis said “Division is a wound”.   Certainly Macron believes so as well.  And it is apparently the time for them to mend the wounds of division.  And that they are seeking to heal these wounds of division there is no doubt.

In 496 AD King Clovis of France was baptized by the Papacy.   In 508 AD a major defeat of the Arian tribe the Visigoths took place and Clovis was honored as the first son of the  Roman Church.  This began the 1290 day prophecy spoken of in Daniel 12.

“And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination that maketh desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days.” (Daniel 12:11)

A “day for a year” given in prophecy.  (Eze 4:6)  In 533 AD the Vandals were uprooted and a decree was written called the Justinian Code which declared that anyone who did not honor the Trinity or publicly acknowledge the Catholic Faith was to be branded as a heretic, and punished with severe “violence.”  Shortly after this in 538 AD the Ostrogoth’s, the third Arian tribe, were completely destroyed and the Justinian Code concerning the Trinity and the Catholic Faith was made the law of the land.  (Dan 7:24, 25, 12:6-8, Rev 13:5)  That reign of church and state terror continued for 1260 years until 1798 when France took that power away.  This was the “deadly wound”  spoken of in Revelation 13.

Church and State had prevailed, and this power wasn’t taken away from the Papacy until the year 1798 during the French Revolution.   Here today, the wounds of division are being healed, and all the world is wondering after the beast. (Rev 13:3)  And the healing of the wound is looked upon as a good thing by the world.
