The Two Covenants – And His Covenant Church or Bride

This study goes over the issue of the “two covenants” as they are called in Galatians 4:24. It goes over how that most have viewed the covenants as dispensational, one for the dispensation before 31 AD, one for the dispensation after 31 AD, and how the bible and the Spirit of Prophecy teach that this is error, and not only error, but a misrepresentation of the character of our Father and how He dealt with people in the time before the cross.

This study also goes over the issue of the church, or house of Israel and how that there is a covenant church or bride, and what she is, and how we are the remnant of her seed.

  • You cover some good ground in the video in that you talk about the promise seed and the covenant of promise in the correct fashion. But then want to in some way include the law of Moses. The Spirit is what eventually leads us to righteousness.
    Romans 8:2-5 KJVS
[2] For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. [3] For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: [4] That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. [5] For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.

Here is a few things to ask yourself. Do you groan in the Spirit, Ro 8:26. Do you frequently experience the washing of regeneration and renewal of the Holy Ghost that justifies us during a life of faith, Titus 3:5-7?
Has God chastised you. God purifies our hearts by faith, Acts 15:9. Observing the law of Moses does not change the heart, only by Jesus parting the veil and allowing us to draw nigh unto God, can God judge us and correct in us that which is wrong, 1Pe 4:17. Since the heart is the motivating force that causes us to sin, Mark 7:20-23, then God changes the heart of a man.
    Hebrews 7:16,18-19 KJVS
[16] Who is made, not after the law of a carnal commandment, but after the power of an endless life. [18] For there is verily a disannulling of the commandment going before for the weakness and unprofitableness thereof. [19] For the law made nothing perfect, but the bringing in of a better hope did ; by the which we draw nigh unto God.
