Answer: Hello sister,

I'm not a doctor, and this is not medical advice in regards to low blood pressure, but this is what I've personally come to understand, so please be sure to use discretion and if necessary consult a physician.

The blood is largely composed of water. Dehydration can reduce the blood quantityby reducing the water content of the blood. It can cause orthostatic hypotension (sudden low blood pressure felt as a dizzy spell when attempting to stand up), fainting, and even shock in extreme cases.

When dehydrated, the body's blood volume is not enough to completely fill all arteries, veins and capillaries.

Lots of water is probably one of the keys to solving this problem. I also recommend that you research our health message and the biblical principles. We have a program called "NEW START"

“NEWSTART” is an acronym for 8 laws of health. They are “Nutrition”, “Exercise”, “Water”, “Sunshine”, “Temperance”, “Air”, “Rest” and lastly but most importantly “Trust in God”.

All of these are part of Gods health plan and are contained in his manual known as his bible. When you go to fix a car, or a household appliance normally you would have to look to the manufacturer at some point.

I will point you to this study on Gods health plan. It is laid out for you in this study. Normally an overall lifestyle change is the answer to most common illnesses.
